The price is based on 12 participating companies and a 50 % subsidy pending on approval from the Danish Trade Council.
Registration is binding.
If the number of participating companies change, we reserve the right to offer participation at a different price. Should this result in a higher price than the one quoted you have the right to cancel your participation.

Join Danish Energy Export, Danish Industry and the Danish Trade Council in North America on a business delegation to selected provinces of Canada focusing on wind energy, hydrogen, and Power-to-X.
The market
Nova Scotia has ambitions to develop its untapped wind resources to decarbonize its electricity grid and produce green hydrogen for export and domestic use. These ambitions are translating into action with the province approving two large-scale green hydrogen and ammonia projects in 2023. Nova Scotia has also announced a goal to offer leases for 5 GW of offshore wind by 2030, with the first call for bids planned for 2025.
Newfoundland and Labrador are home to deep-sea ports with land access, uninhabited crown land suitable for renewable energy developments, and some of the best wind resources in North America – making it well positioned to produce green hydrogen for large scale export. The province kick-started green hydrogen development in 2022 by launching a call for bids for wind-to-hydrogen projects.

- Meetings with wind (on- and offshore) and hydrogen project developers
- Networking reception
Day 2 – June 4th
- Visit to Port of Halifax + Meetings/site visits (e.a., EMERA/Nova Scotia Power, Irving Oil)
- Travel to St. John’s Newfoundland and Labrador
Day 3 – June 5th
- Participation in Energy NL conference: Home - Energy NL
- Meetings with World Energy GH2, Exploits Vally Renewable Energy Corporation and Everwind
- Networking dinner
Day 4 – June 6th
- Introduction to Newfoundland wind and hydrogen ecosystem and regulatory framework (Ministry of Industry, Energy & Technology)
- Meeting with ABO Wind/Braya Renewables and North Atlantic Refining Limited
- Visit to Come B Chance Rafinery (site of ABO Wind/Braya Renewables Fuels’ wind-to-hydrogen project)
Day 5 – June 7th
- Visit to Port of Argentia (set to become North America’s first offshore wind monopile marshalling yard, the port has partnered with Pattern Energy in creating Argentia Renewables, a proposed multi-phase wind energy-to-green fuels production facility to be constructed on Port lands)
- Individual travel onwards from St. John’s
