This is possible when you book raw space through Danish Energy Export at selected events. A raw space solution means that you design, arrange, and build your booth on floor space that you rent through Danish Energy Export. You naturally benefit from a good location, the shared service options, and the network with the other exhibitors and visitors at The Pavilion – Powered by Denmark.

By choosing a raw space solution, Danish Energy Export provide the following:

-Floorspace at The Pavilion – Powered by Denmark – Minimum 20 sqm

-Registration with the event organizer

-Lunch options for exhibitors

-Exhibitor passes according to booth size. More can be purchased

-Part of the joint pavilion marketing

-Access to Danish Energy Export’s shared services and facilities, which may vary between different events and locations

-Exhibitor meeting prior to the event where we prepare you for the participation

-Assistance with any subsidy applications for initiatives where this is included

Everything else will you as an exhibitor take care of, but you need to have your booth design approved by project management at Danish Energy Export prior to build up.
