Would you like access to our joint exhibition platform, The Pavilion – Powered by Denmark, and would you like to make it as easy as possible for you and your company? Then a turnkey exhibition solution from Danish Energy Export is the solution for you.

The turnkey booth is great for you who would like your own exhibition area where you can invite your guests in. For you who prefer to stand alone without sharing space with others and would like space to showcase your products and services.


By choosing a turnkey solution, Danish Energy Export provide the following:

-Floorspace at The Pavilion – Powered by Denmark – Minimum 9 sqm.

-Construction and dismantling of the booth. The booth is built in our exhibition system.

-Standard flooring. All booths have the same standard flooring by default.

-Standard lighting on the booth, including power consumption and electrical outlets for PC and phone.

-1 set of standard furniture consisting of 3 chairs and 1 table.

-Brochure rack.

-Registration with the event organizer.

-Lunch options for exhibitors.

-Exhibitor passes according to booth size. More can be purchased.

-Part of the joint pavilion marketing

-Cleaning of the booth.

-Access to Danish Energy Export’s shared services and facilities, which may vary between different events and locations.

-Exhibitor meeting prior to the event where we prepare you for the participation.

-Assistance with any subsidy applications for initiatives where this is included.

Excluded from the above are additional purchases, graphics for the walls, transportation, and handling of your own exhibition goods, as well as your travel expenses and meals outside the exhibition.
